A Foundation of Love
What started as a single-classroom day school for children with special needs in 1954, Gateway Center beautifully evolved alongside those children to become in 1974 a safe, nurturing place for long-term support for adults with developmental disabilities. Founded on parents’ love for their children, Gateway Center continued to keep those family-focused ideals over the years, providing an inclusive, caring environment for individuals to grow and thrive.
