The San Andreas Regional Center is a community-based, private, non-profit corporation that is funded and chartered by the California State Department of Disability Services to serve people with intellectual disabilities, as required by the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Act. San Andreas is one of 21 regional centers throughout California serving individuals and their families who reside within Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties.

Funding Partners
Central California Alliance for Health (the Alliance) is a local public agency that serves as the regional Medi-Cal health plan. Using the state’s County Organized Health System (COHS) model, we serve members in Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties.
Regulatory Partners
Community Care Licensing serves the most vulnerable people of California, with a mission to promote the health, safety, and quality of life of each person in community care through the administration of an effective and collaborative regulatory enforcement system.
