24/7 Support in a Home-Like Setting
We offer three facilities with a nurturing home environment and focused on daily support, health, and well-being.
Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs): Two 15-bed facilities in Pacific Grove.
Adult Residential Facility (ARF): A 4-bed home in Marina.
For Adults Living on Their Own
Life-skills training and support delivered in the comfort of an individual’s own home.
Customized to meet unique goals.
Includes 24 hours or more of support per month.
For Adults Living with Family Involvement
Targeted life-skills training for adults living with family or on their own.
Customized to build practical skills and foster greater independence.
Begins with approximately 24 hours of support per month.
Three Unique Daytime Services
Community Day Services: A fully community-based program focused on real-world experiences in natural community environments.
Medical Day Program: Social, recreational, and community activities for individuals with complex medical needs.
Senior Day Program: A welcoming space for older adults who prefer activities similar to those enjoyed by non-disabled seniors.
