Commitment to Continuous Learning: Gateway Center Attends DSN Training

Advancing Our Education in Ontario

This week, members of the Gateway Center team participated in a 14-hour QIDP & RN Training for ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N Homes in Ontario, California, hosted by Developmental Services Network (DSN). Taking the time to engage in these intensive educational opportunities is a vital part of ensuring our staff is equipped with the latest tools and insights in the field.

Leadership in Action

Representing Gateway Center were Executive Director Mike Gonzalez, QIDP, Jayla Ellis, and ICF Consultant, Teresa Niccum. Together, they joined providers from across California to strengthen their knowledge of current regulations, best practices, and service requirements. Collaborating and sharing experiences with other dedicated professionals across the state helps us bring the best possible strategies back to our local community.

A Commitment to High-Quality Care

As the ICF landscape continues to evolve, Gateway Center is committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services to the individuals who call our facilities home. By prioritizing ongoing education for our leadership and staff, we ensure that our residential environments remain safe, supportive, and truly focused on the people we serve.
